What Do We Do

We bridge the gap between corporate performance and employee well-being. Our programs are designed to integrate seamlessly into your daily operations, fostering a culture of health that radiates from the boardroom to the breakroom.

We exist because we know your employees are your most valuable, yet most easily exhausted, resource. Cognitive fatigue, low energy, and poor sleep quality are costing your organization in lost productivity. We tackle these problems at the source before they escalate into burnout and absenteeism.

About Us

Corporate Wellness Works was born at the intersection of behavioral science and corporate strategy. We began with a singular observation: that the world’s most successful organizations are not built on capital alone, but on the collective nervous systems of their people.

We are a team of performance coaches, nutrition enthusiasts, and wellness visionaries dedicated to bridging the gap between "working hard" and "living well." We don’t just believe in a better workplace, we build it.

Our Expertise

Our company was built on a simple yet powerful realization: to successfully implement wellness, you must first understand the corporate environment. Having spent years navigating the challenges of demanding corporate careers, we experienced the daily struggles employees face.

We know the stress, the long hours, and the difficulty of prioritizing health in a fast-paced work environment. This foundational understanding is utilizing a combined 20 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry.

Wellness Insights

The 90-Minute Ultradian Rhythm +
Most people know about Circadian rhythms (the 24-hour sleep cycle), but high-performers master Ultradian rhythms. Our brains can only maintain high-frequency activity for about 90 minutes before needing a "recovery break." Pushing past the 90-minute mark leads to the "Law of Diminishing Returns." Taking a 5-minute break actually resets your cognitive clock, allowing for a second peak of focus. Prevents burnout by working with your biology rather than against it.
The "Glucose Rollercoaster" and Leadership +
Leadership is often a test of patience and temperament. When blood sugar drops (hypoglycemia), the brain's executive center—the prefrontal cortex—loses power, and the "reptilian brain" takes over. "Hangry" is a real productivity killer. Stable nutrition isn't about weight; it's about emotional regulation. Leaders who maintain stable glucose levels make more ethical, calm, and rational decisions under pressure.
Sleep as "Brain Detoxification" +
During sleep, the brain’s glymphatic system opens up, allowing cerebrospinal fluid to "wash" away metabolic waste (like beta-amyloid proteins) that builds up during the day. You cannot "catch up" on sleep over the weekend. Every night you miss restorative sleep, you are essentially asking your brain to function in a "clogged" state. High-quality sleep directly correlates to a higher Adversity Quotient (AQ)—the ability to handle setbacks without spiraling.
CO2 Tolerance and Stress Mastery +
Stress management isn't just "mindset"; it's respiratory. When we are stressed, we over-breathe (lowering CO2 levels), which ironically makes it harder for oxygen to release from our blood into our brain tissues (the Bohr Effect). Mastering your breath—specifically slowing down the exhale—signals the vagus nerve to flip the switch from "Fight or Flight" to "Rest and Digest" in under 60 seconds. Gives you the ability to manually override the body’s panic response during high-stakes presentations.
Wellness is not a luxury, it's the foundation of a high-performing organization.
